Welcome to the Bad Moon Rising (BMR) website.  BMR is an "old" gaming clan that came into existence in June 1998, when it was created by (BMR)Chuck Yeager.  Since that time BMR has gone thru many changes and challenges, but one thing has always remained true, this clan is dedicated to honor, fair play, and camaraderie.

The members of BMR are a very special breed.  Most BMR members have been in the clan for more than one year, with the original four members still part of the clan.  Our attrition rate is very low and for good reason.  BMR is not in search of members who have the best gaming skills (or at least think they do), to this clan, attitude is more important than skill.  Skill is something that can be improved over time and with practice.  It is much more difficult to improve attitude.

I think it is safe to say that BMR has evolved into something more than a gaming clan.  Over the years, it's members have become family.  We have met at a LAN party (and are trying to plan another), become friendly in real life, and have real concern for one another.  BMR is also a "family clan" in that we have several members that are from the same family. 

Our membership is diverse.  BMR is made up of men, women, Canadians, Finns, Americans, British, Israelis, Slovenians, students, white collar workers, and blue collar workers.  We are involved in all walks of life, from the US Military to the information technology geeks to auto industry and even into the the clergy.  Due to our diversity, BMR is very tolerant not only of each other, but of others outside our Clan.
